Once again...Khloe Kardshian files for divorce from Lamar Odom

After putting the initial filing on hold, Khloe Kardashian has once again filed for divorce from the former NBA player in a Los Angeles court on Thursday citing irreconcilable differences.

After getting married in 2009, she first filed for divorce from Lamar in December 2013.

The split was never finalized, however, and Kardashian withdrew the petition to divorce after Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last year, and stayed by his side during his long medical recovery.

According to TMZ,there is a prenup and the two worked out a property settlement the first time around, so now it's just a waiting game. In California, a divorce cannot become final until 6 months after it's filed.

Khloe and Lamar are on good terms and he was given a heads-up she was filing. In the docs, Khloe does say she wants to legally drop the Odom name and go back to her maiden handle.

A former heavyweight boxer travelled miles to confront a man who allegedly trolled him on Twitter.
Martin Rogan, one of Northern Ireland's best known boxers travelled to Derry on Thursday (May 26) to challenge the Twitter user, Belfast Live reports.

He is believed to have arrived at the man’s workplace and asked for him by name, however the person did not come out so no face to face confrontation occurred.

A number of tweets by Rogan indicate that he did travel to Derry after some kind of heated exchange on the social media site.

The tweets have now been deleted.

A teenage gymnast was found hanged in the woods after telling his girlfriend how worried he was about telling his parents he had crashed the brand new car they had bought him.

According to Daily Mail,Athena La told the coroner that boyfriend Ruslan Gutu, 18, was 'shaking' as he told her he was worried about how he would pay for the damage to his car after crashing it into a Land Rover.

Later on he was found hanged in nearby woodland in his hometown in Bracknell, Berkshire, hours after sending his mother a chilling text saying soon he would be 'watching from above'.

Miss La said:

'He told me he had been driving his car which was new and had crashed it into a Land Rover. He was shaking as he told me. It was brand new and he seemed really worried.'He didn't want to tell his parents and he was worried about how he was going to pay for the damage.

A mother has given birth to the world's biggest baby girl - who weighs the same as an average six-month-old.The unnamed baby was born by Caesarean section on Monday weighing a staggering 15lbs.Her 19-year-old mother, known only as Nandini, was astonished by the size of her first child when she was born in southern India.

And it is believed her birth overtakes the current record holder, Carisa Rusack, who was born weighing 14lb 5oz in Massachusetts in 2014.

Dr Venkatesh Raju, the local health officer, said:

'In my 25 years of experience, I had never seen such a big baby. 'She is a miracle. I believe she is not only the heaviest baby born in India but the heaviest baby girl ever born in the world.'

Getting stuck in a traffic jam can be one of the most frustrating parts of travelling around a busy city.
Now engineers in China, the world's most populated country, have come up with a way to overcome the problem of getting around in traffic.

Designs for the new elevated bus were unveiled at a tech expo in China. The bus, pictured above, will apparently be able to carry 1,200 passengers over the top of cars and let traffic to pass underneath it.
The vehicle is more like a cross between a tram and a bus.

Engineers hope the design will increase the availability of the road space, and cause fewer traffic jams than regular buses. It is also expected to save costs compared to other public transport options, like the subway. Amazing stuff!

Former Anambra governor, Peter Obi has revealed how he stopped former President Olusegun Obasanjo from sleeping in the state when the latter, as president, proposed to visit the state during his tenure.

“I told him, ‘Mr president, you can come in the morning and go in the evening because I don’t have a place for you to stay,’” Obi explained.

The former governor disclosed this yesterday at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) during the 2016 edition of the Biennial Chinua Achebe Memorial Lecture, organised in honour of the late literary icon, by the institution’s Faculty of Arts.

Delivering a lecture on leadership, Obi hinted that his actions were part of his efforts to curb systemic waste and ensure accountability in governance.

Her name was Joy Akabuike. A student of Imo State polytechnic Umuagwo, Imo State. She is no more with us in the land of the living because of the recklessness of drivers.

She died a few hours after taking the above photos. Her corpse can be seen in the same cloths lying beside the car.

We can not bring these people back to life but we can use social media to send a message to companies who do not train their drivers properly. Most times, they dont even condole or compensate the families of the bereaved. Enough is enough.

One dead in horror crash as digger falls from lorry and crushes car 'containing 4 passengers' (photos)

At least one person has died after a large digger fell from an articulated lorry on to a car filled with passengers after crashing into a bus.

The lorry is understood to have lost control and collided with a First Bus before the JCB toppled off and crushed those inside the car.

Two people are thought to have been seriously injured and witnesses described seeing 'four passengers' in the car following the incident at the entrance to a works site in Rutherglen, Glasgow.

One witness said the cars under the diggers had been crushed beyond all recognition.

Emergency services were called to the Cathkin Relief Road at about 12.30pm, the Rutherglen Reformer reports.

Human remains examined at a Cairo morgue indicate an explosion plunged EgyptAir Flight 804 into the Mediterranean Sea, according to Egyptian forensic officials.

Investigators sifting through 80 pieces found floating in the crash site are small, suggesting a blast tore through the doomed flight transporting 66 passengers from Paris to Cairo early Thursday.

The official, who spoke on condition of anonymity because he is not allowed to release information concerning the investigation, said the forensics team has to deal with very small body parts.

"There isn't even a whole body part, like an arm or a head," the official said according to AP.

"The logical explanation is that it was an explosion," he added, while also mentioning that the experts had so far been given around 80 small body parts to investigate.

The swarm of around 20,000 sparked chaos when their queen got stuck in a car boot.

However it took five different beekeepers, park rangers and passers-by to coax them off into a cardboard box, only for the wind to blow it off the car and the queen go back to the silver Mitsubishi Outlander’s boot.

Roger Burns of Pembrokeshire Beekeepers then says the car’s owner returned and drove away with the queen unknowingly trapped in the back, resulting in the swarm taking up the chase – even being spotted on the car’s boot the next day.

Roger, a 65-year-old retired doctor, said:

‘We think the queen had been attracted to something in the car, perhaps something sweet, and had got into a gap on the boot’s wiper blade or perhaps the hinge.

Her name is Dorine and she lost both her husband and her daughter in the fatal accident involving a Peace mass transit bus and a lorry.

Eye witnesses to the sad incident blamed the reckless driver of the peace mass bus for the tragedy as he left his lane and tried a high speed over taking which ended up wasting 10 lives and injuring other critically.

A man was mauled to death by his pet dog as his two teenage daughters fought in vain to drag it from their stricken father.Stephen Hodgson, 45, was killed by the family’s powerful Staffordshire/pit bull terrier cross.

The dog , called Buster, bit through his jugular, causing him to suffer a cardiac arrest, probably brought on by blood loss.Police had to taser the out-of-control animal before having it destroyed.

Stephen, an unemployed carpenter, had been watching the TV programme Prison Break with his daughters in a bedroom when the crazed pet pounced.

According to Daily Mirror,the father of three, who had an existing medical condition, suddenly fell ill and slumped over the side of the bed, startling the three-year-old terrier.

An international flight was forced to divert after a passenger tried to open a door at 38,000 feet - so he could have a smoke.

Officials said that Sunday's Vancouver-bound Lufthansa flight was forced to divert from Munich to Hamburg where the passenger, who had been behaving increasingly erratically, was removed.

And Hamburg police confirmed that a rescue crew, including a doctor, met the man and diagnosed him with a mental disorder.

He was taken to a local psychiatric facility. There is no active police investigation into the incident.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has traced the source of the $40million paid to Roberts Azibaola, who is former President Goodluck Jonathan’s cousin, to a bank in London.

According to TheNation, the cash was wired through Citibank N. A. Canada Square Canary in Wharf London E 145 LB into the account of One Plus Holdings Nigeria Limited of Azibaola.

About $6million of the money was paid to a bureau de change in Abuja.

Azibaola, who was yet to make any refund, has been relocated from Lagos to Abuja in preparation
for his trial.

Charges have been filed against the ex-President’s cousin at a Federal High Court in Abuja. No date has been fixed for his arraignment.

According to a document obtained by our correspondent, the $40million came from the account of the Special Services Office of the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF).

Adele is rumoured to be signing to Sony Records in a deal worth £90 million. Now that's huge!! The singer has been signed to XL Recordings (home of Radiohead, Vampire Weekend, Jack White) since the start of her career, with the independent label releasing her albums ‘19’, ‘21’ and ‘25’.

Adele’s existing deal ran out with the release of ‘25’ in November 2015 and, according to a report in The Sun today (May 23), Sony have secured a deal which would be the most expensive in misic history

Sony’s American imprint, Columbia Records, already releases her music in the US. An unnamed Sony Records source told The Sun: “We had an existing relationship with Adele in America. The deal is being worked on by Columbia in the US, but it’s worth £90 million and gives Sony the rights to release Adele’s future music exclusively around the world.”

One Direction singer Harry Styles is reportedly keen on ditching Simon Cowell’s record company, launching a bidding war between two major record labels.
Since One Direction announced their hiatus in January, Styles has stayed silent on plans for his solo material.

A camel killed its owner by biting off his head after he had left the animal outside in the sweltering heat all day with its legs tied up.

The owner had been entertaining guests at his home in Rajasthan's Barmer district in India on Saturday when he remembered the camel had been outside in the intense heat all day.

But when he went to untie the animal and take it to a cooler area, the camel became aggressive and started attacking him.

And according to one villager, the camel then bit off the man's head leaving him dead.

The man told the Times of India: 'The animal lifted him by the neck and threw him on to the ground, chewed the body and severed the head.

Wrapped up warmly in pink ,the infant can be seen just days before her young life was cruelly snatched away in the air disaster.

The baby-girl was the youngest of the 66 passengers and crew to perish when the Egypt air plummeted into the Mediterranean Sea in flames.

Sat next to her on the passenger jet was her older brother Mohamed, aged two-and-a-half.
The children were supposed to be enjoying their first seaside holiday, two weeks in the warmth of the Red Sea resort of Sharm El Sheikh.
